In honor of Portland International Raceway being added to the 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series schedule, we're reprising a Classic Rewind favorite: the 1997 Budweiser/G.I. Joe's 200.
As you may well know by now, it featured what remains the closest finish in Indy car history for races on a road or street course, as well as what's still the closest top-three finish.
