Josef Newgarden, who's won two of the 10 races during this Verizon IndyCar Series season, is the subject of "INDYCAR Chronicles" that will air at 7 p.m. (ET) June 25 on NBCSN.
Newgarden, driver of the No. 67 CFH Racing Chevrolet, is featured during and after his victory June 14 in the Honda Indy Toronto on the streets of Exhibition Place. On a rare off day, he and a couple of friends visit Kings Island amusement and water park in Mason, Ohio -- "I love roller coasters" -- and a batting cage.
Newgarden and 22 other Verizon IndyCar Series drivers are back on the racetrack this weekend for the MAVTV 500 at Auto Club Speedway. Watch the race at 4 p.m. (ET) June 27 on NBCSN.
