This week marks 100 days to the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500. In honor of the milestone, here's one of the oldest Indy 500 broadcasts we could find.

With the countdown on to the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500, we dug deep into the archives to find one of the oldest race broadcasts we could find.

The 50th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile race featured a who's who of worldwide auto racing. The race was held on Monday, May 30, 1966 and featured a front row of Mario Andretti, Jim Clark and George Snider

After leaders Lloyd Ruby and Jackie Stewart found trouble, rookie Graham Hill, the 1962 Formula 1 champion, passed Clark for the lead and won the race on his first attempt. 

Here's ABC's broadcast which was shown during its Wide World of Sports coverage in the week's following the race and features analyst Rodger Ward, who in the field for the race and finished 15th.
